This series comprises records generated or retained by the Board of Trustees of the Mary J. Drexel Home and Philadelphia Motherhouse of Deaconesses (MJDH/PMD). Record types include correspondence, written agreements, contracts, meeting minutes, legal petitions and opinions, and financial records. Records date from 1888-1962 and the bulk of these records is correspondence.
